Some days i just don't have words. Today is one of those days. Atleast i feel like it is. So i'll focus on the lyrics written above.

I don't feel peace today. (And i'm sure that's not super fun for you to read about, but my hope is that you might relate to my feelings.) I feel out of sorts today. I feel slighted today. Disappointed even. Sad.

But then i'm reminded of the Lord's goodness. He likes me. Alot. And He's directing my path. If i'll just follow Him. Listen to His voice. Cast my cares onto my Shepherd. Rest in Him.

See, this is the thing i've learned: When life is tough, when things aren't the way you wished they'd be, it's not the time to run from God. It's not time to get angry with Him. It's time to run toward Him. So, today, i choose to run toward Him with my fears. And i ask for a supernatural hope. For peace.

This hope is a strong and trustworthy anchor for our souls. It leads us through the curtain into God's inner sanctuary. Hebrews 6:19.
