More rain

I blog about rain alot, huh? Well, it's been raining alot.

Around 5PM every day it begins to rain outside.

But it's also been raining...spiritually. God has been teaching me over and over again that we are all messy people. None of us really have it together. I'm learning that i REALLY don't have it together when i'm not consistenly walking with Him. Life feels unbalanced when it's not with Him. When i'm not looking to Him.

That's when the Lord comes in and rains down His grace. He says, "it's okay. follow me. trust me. keep going. i have a plan." Sweet rain. When i feel dirty and broken and ugly, He washes me clean in His grace. When satan sends me reminders of my past, He washes me clean in His love.

But i trust in your unfailing love;
My heart rejoices in your salvation.
I will sing the Lord's praise,
for He has been good to me.
-Psalm 13:5-6

His love is UNFAILING. Today, i choose to trust in that knowledge.
