New Beginnings

I'm in the midst of moving. Every time i get frustrated or exhausted from moving, i get a gentle reminder that the Lord is in control and He's lead me to this new home. With a wonderful roommate. He's just faithful like that.

Three people, just this weekend, said the same thing to me. They all said: "Susan, i'm so glad things are starting to come together for you." And I agree. The job and the house are the most obvious examples.

But i've gotten to thinking about new beginnings. Fresh starts. There's always time for a fresh start in Christ. 2 Corinthians 5:17 tells us that "If anyone is in Christ, He is a new creation--the old has gone and the new has come."

The old is gone.

Praise the Lord the old is gone. Today is a fresh start.
